Onsite Medical Representative

Who you are

You are an experienced Onsite Medical Representative who is dedicated to promoting health and safety in the workplace. You have a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and are skilled in assessing and administering first aid. You enjoy interacting with employees and are passionate about advocating for health and wellness principles. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to ensure a safe working environment. You are proactive in managing both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses and are committed to continuous learning in the field of workplace health.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first aid support to Amazon Associates and referring them to outside medical providers when necessary. You will attend weekly safety committee meetings and engage with new hires to ensure they understand the safety protocols in place. You will participate in case management review meetings to discuss ongoing health and safety issues. Your role will involve assessing the health needs of employees and providing guidance on wellness initiatives. You will work closely with the WHS team to implement best practices and resources that promote a safe working environment. You will also assist in safety operations as needed, contributing to Amazon's mission of becoming the benchmark of safety excellence across all industries.
