Who you are

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in paintless dent repair (PDR) and are skilled in accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and are a team player who is committed to the mission of Carvana. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair is a plus. You are open to learning and growing within the company, and you appreciate the value of training programs that enhance your skills and career progression.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles to ensure they meet the high standards of quality expected by our customers. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to perform repairs efficiently.
