Overview

You have a strong background in workplace health and safety, with a proven track record of implementing safety programs that protect employees and enhance workplace culture. Your experience includes conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. You are passionate about creating a safe work environment and have the ability to influence positive change within an organization. You thrive in collaborative settings, building relationships with associates and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture. Your dedication to continuous improvement drives you to seek innovative solutions that enhance safety while maintaining operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in logistics or warehousing, is a plus. Familiarity with safety training methodologies and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that resonate with employees will set you apart. You are comfortable using data-driven strategies to assess safety performance and identify areas for improvement. A certification in occupational health and safety or a related field would be advantageous.
