You are execution-focused and have experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. Your background may include experience in startups or high-growth companies, where you have successfully built systems and processes from the ground up.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present financial insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse teams and can build strong relationships across departments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the financial planning and reporting processes for AnySignal, ensuring that the leadership team has the visibility they need to make informed decisions. You will lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to gather inputs and create comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's strategic goals. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you forecast financial performance and analyze variances to provide actionable insights.
