Samsara is seeking a Deal Support Training Manager to enhance the skills of their Deal Support organization. You'll design and manage learning programs to support the sales team. This role requires experience in training and operations management.
You have a strong background in training and development, ideally with experience in sales or operations. You understand the importance of equipping teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. You are adept at designing learning programs that are engaging and effective, ensuring that team members are well-prepared to support the sales organization. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information in an accessible manner. You are a proactive problem solver, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance team performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Experience in a technology or IoT-related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales processes and strategies. A background in instructional design or adult learning principles can further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs for the Deal Support organization. You will assess the training needs of the team and develop tailored learning solutions that address those needs. You will collaborate with sales leaders to ensure that training content aligns with organizational goals and sales strategies. You will facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. You will also stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating relevant insights into your programs.
