Skyscanner is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Product Analytics Team. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering Teams to analyze user behavior and drive product strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, where you've successfully partnered with product and engineering teams to derive actionable insights from user data. Your analytical thinking is sharp, and you excel at storytelling with data, helping teams understand user behavior and make informed decisions. You are comfortable running experiments and interpreting results to guide product development. Your collaborative mindset allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are passionate about using data to shape product strategy. You have experience in high-growth areas, particularly in non-flights verticals such as cars and accommodations, where analytics plays a critical role in unlocking value.
Experience with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. You are adept at using SQL for data extraction and analysis, and you have a solid understanding of Google Analytics to track user engagement metrics. Your ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels is essential, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will shape product strategy by partnering with product teams to uncover insights that influence roadmaps and priorities. You will analyze user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring that Skyscanner builds the right products for its users. You will run effective experiments to test hypotheses and validate product features, using data to inform decisions and drive improvements. Your work will directly impact millions of users, as you help the team understand what drives engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that analytics is integrated into the product development lifecycle, providing ongoing insights that guide feature enhancements and new initiatives.
