What you'll do

As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will lead Amazon's North America Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team — your primary mission is to champion workplace safety and drive maintenance excellence through innovation and standardization. You will mentor field-based Facilities Managers, helping them expand and improve Amazon's North American Fulfillment Network.

You will evaluate the performance of Fulfillment Center RME departments and implement proven practices to enhance reliability metrics — your role will involve overseeing maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects, ensuring that all operations align with safety standards and operational goals.

Your responsibilities will include guiding senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life decisions — you will utilize ROI analysis to inform your recommendations and drive strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee budget development and execution, ensuring that capital planning aligns with operational needs.

You will manage vendor relationships and ensure that all maintenance activities are executed efficiently — your ability to lead and mentor teams will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and excellence across all operations.
