You are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced writers and developers. You understand the importance of effective communication and are committed to producing high-quality content that meets the needs of diverse users.

What you'll do

As a Technical Writer Intern at Okta, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for various products, including the Okta Identity Engine. You will collaborate with subject matter experts from different teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in your writing. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about documentation strategies and best practices. Your role will involve learning about the products and understanding the user experience to create documentation that is both informative and user-friendly. You will receive mentorship from a senior writer who will guide you through the process of developing your writing skills and understanding the technical aspects of the products.
