What you'll do

As a Procurement Analyst at Jamf, you will play a crucial role in improving vendor management processes. You will assist in understanding and assessing the software licensing needs of the organization, ensuring that all assets are utilized efficiently. Your responsibilities will include onboarding contingent workers and providing datasets for application rationalization, which will help in assessing current usage and making informed recommendations for cost optimizations.

You will set up and follow processes to review proposals, negotiate contracts, and obtain necessary signatures. Entering purchase requisitions into the system and obtaining approvals will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely renewals of contracts, working closely with finance and procurement leads to adhere to established standards.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in all departments. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be essential in driving procurement initiatives forward.
