CarGurus is seeking a Principal Frontend Engineer to drive the next generation of analytics and dealer-facing experiences. You'll work closely with various teams to deliver scalable market intelligence solutions using JavaScript and React. This role requires significant experience in frontend development.

You have extensive experience in frontend engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable and intuitive user interfaces. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of the Dealer Engagement Platform, focusing on creating analytics and data products that enhance dealer-facing experiences. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Data Science, and Customer Success, to ensure that the solutions you build meet the needs of our users. You will be responsible for designing and implementing frontend architectures that are both scalable and maintainable, ensuring a high-quality user experience. You will also engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the products we offer.
