What you'll do

In this role, you will support OppFi in managing important bank partnerships, working closely with senior leadership and reporting to the Director of Business Operations. You will build a deep understanding of OppFi's platform and the specific implementations required for each bank partner. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure that the partnership runs smoothly and effectively. You will engage in regular communication with bank partners to address their needs and concerns, ensuring that they receive the support necessary to succeed. You will also contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the partnership and improve overall financial inclusion for consumers.
