Hightouch is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the East Region to drive sales and growth initiatives. You'll leverage your understanding of the martech and data ecosystem to empower businesses. This role requires strong communication skills and a growth mindset.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the martech or data ecosystem, and understand how businesses leverage technology to drive growth. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with clients and articulate the value of innovative solutions. You are motivated and persistent in achieving your goals, with a growth mindset that drives you to continuously improve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience working with AI-driven platforms or customer data solutions is a plus. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks will help you connect with clients more effectively. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Hightouch, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives in the East Region. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Hightouch's AI platform can transform their marketing workflows. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings. By leveraging your industry knowledge, you will identify opportunities for growth and help shape the future of Hightouch's offerings in the market. You will also be expected to provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.

What we offer

Hightouch offers a competitive salary with an OTE of $300,000, structured as a 50/50 split. We provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
