You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the martech or data ecosystem, and understand how businesses leverage technology to drive growth. Experience working with AI-driven platforms or customer data solutions is a plus. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks will help you connect with clients more effectively. As a Senior Account Executive at Hightouch, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives in the East Region. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Hightouch's AI platform can transform their marketing workflows. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings. By leveraging your industry knowledge, you will identify opportunities for growth and help shape the future of Hightouch's offerings in the market. You will also be expected to provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Hightouch offers a competitive salary with an OTE of $300,000, structured as a 50/50 split. We provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
