This role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Fire TV product and partner campaigns across a variety of owned and paid marketing channels.

Lead the charge in expanding our global customer base and deepening viewer engagement worldwide. As streaming continues to revolutionize how people consume content, you'll help shape the future of home entertainment and create meaningful connections between viewers and their favorite shows, movies, and games. As a key player at the intersection of innovation and storytelling, you'll craft campaigns that help millions of customers discover why Fire TV is the best streaming device, making it easy to find your next favorite show, game, or movie experience. In this role, you'll own driving product awareness and customer actions, working with the product leads and partners to drive customer behavior, purchase intent, and engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. By leading initiatives that strengthen Fire TV's position as the #1 streaming device, you'll directly impact how millions of people discover and enjoy their favorite content daily. Key Job Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, development, and execution for Fire TV's North America/global marketing initiatives
• Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop compelling narratives and marketing strategies/messages
• Lead regular business reviews and present campaign results to senior leadership
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendor partners
• Drive innovation in marketing approaches across channels including digital, social, and retail
• Own campaign performance metrics, optimize based on data-driven insights, and manage campaign budgets while ensuring maximum ROI



Basic Qualifications
• 5-7+ years in marketing campaign management
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellence in project management and cross-functional leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with streaming services, entertainment, or consumer electronics industry preferred

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
