What you'll do

In this role, you will implement and refine change management and adoption strategies for Berkadia’s digital product portfolio. You will consult and oversee the management of change and adoption efforts, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include assessing the scope and readiness for change, developing effective plans to drive change and adoption, and evaluating the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives. You will lead teams and provide direction to effectively manage these initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will own the vision and execution of training and certification programs that reinforce technology adoption and proficiency across the organization. You will create and present updates and overviews to all levels of leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with Berkadia’s mission.
