Who you are

You have experience in health and safety practices, ideally within a workplace environment. You are comfortable assessing and administering first aid, and you understand the importance of advocating for health and wellness principles. You enjoy working collaboratively with a team and have strong communication skills to interact with associates effectively. You are familiar with OSHA regulations and have a proactive approach to managing health and wellbeing in the workplace. You are passionate about creating a safe environment for all employees and are eager to learn and grow in this field.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of our workforce. You will work closely with the WHS Site Manager and WHS Specialist, attending weekly safety committee meetings and engaging with new hires to ensure they understand safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include providing first aid support to associates and making referrals to outside medical providers when necessary. You will also participate in case management review meetings to discuss any ongoing health concerns and collaborate with the team to improve safety practices. Your role will involve advocating for health and wellness principles, ensuring that associates feel supported in their health journeys. You will assist with safety operations and contribute to creating a culture of safety excellence at Amazon.
