Dropbox is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to enhance customer and support solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with technologies like JavaScript and REST APIs. This role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience.
You have over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in developing full stack applications that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience initiatives. Your expertise includes designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing systems and integrations. You are familiar with AI-driven tools and data workflows that enhance automation, personalization, and operational efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, including Data Engineering and Product Engineering. You have a solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems, and you are comfortable guiding junior or intern developers while contributing to a culture of technical excellence.
You have exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms and related business processes, such as Content Management Systems like AEM, Salesforce, and Marketo. Your experience with these platforms will help you contribute effectively to the architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy for GTM platforms.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering best-in-class customer and support solutions that enhance and empower the user journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and iterate on scalable technical solutions that drive meaningful business impact. The compensation for this role varies based on location, with a range of $151,500 to $204,900 for US Zone 2, and $134,600 to $182,200 for US Zone 3.
