Experience in the observability or monitoring space is a plus — familiarity with tools like Grafana will help you understand the needs of your team and customers better. What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for all aspects of building and managing a team of Solution Engineers in the SEMEA region. You will collaborate with your sales leader counterparts to own the regional build-out, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively. Your role will involve adopting existing OSS specific go-to-market strategies while also developing new ones as necessary to drive growth and success.

You will work closely with your Customer Experience counterparts to ensure that your team delivers exceptional service and support to clients. This includes overseeing the technical aspects of customer engagements and ensuring that your team is well-prepared to address customer inquiries and challenges. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers and enhancing their technical skills.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team. You will encourage your team to explore new ideas and approaches, ensuring that they remain engaged and motivated in their work.
