Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping the future of Transportation in Amazon Marketplace? Do you want to manage a complex network of sellers who deliver through third-party carriers and implement projects to improve their experience? Do you have a strong drive for continuous process improvement and a passion for leveraging technology to create value for customers?

The Marketplace Transportation team is rapidly building a logistics network and developing new solutions—addressing some of the most challenging first-mile issues, as well as opportunities related to cost, service, and quality.

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Logistics Project Manager who is enthusiastic about driving growth and supporting the expansion of Amazon's programs in Brazil. Your main challenge will be to connect business and technology, benchmarking globally to create a world-class experience for customers and sellers in Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
- Implement strategic projects to ensure cost-efficiency and an excellent experience throughout the First Mile;
- Create business cases and implement POCs in an agile environment;
- Conduct operational visits and audits at facilities;
- Use data to identify new business opportunities that empower distributed point operations;
- Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop tools and systems that support business growth;
- Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including field operators, support teams, and product managers;
- Partner with your team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven analysis to support better decision-making.- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading process improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in transportation and/or supply chain in segments like Operations, Manufacturing, Industry, E-commerce or something related- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
