What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Account Management team at Roblox, responsible for defining and evolving the features that empower users, particularly children and their parents, to manage their experiences on the platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop and enhance parental controls, account settings, and safety features that align with Roblox's mission of fostering a safe and civil online community. You will own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user feedback, market trends, and strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to identify pain points, defining product requirements, and overseeing the development process from ideation to launch. You will also collaborate with marketing and community teams to ensure that users are aware of the features available to them, and you will analyze user engagement data to continuously improve the product experience. As a senior leader, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product strategy at Roblox, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of user experience innovation in the gaming industry.
