Five9 is seeking a Salesforce CPQ & NPI Specialist to drive the New Product Introduction process within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and require a strong technical systems background with at least 5 years of experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, showcasing a strong technical systems background. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as GTM, Sales Operations, and Legal is essential for success in this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued. Your expertise in managing the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process will be crucial as you ensure timely and accurate setup of new products and pricing.
Experience with DocuSign CLM is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to integrate various systems effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail will set you apart in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will own and drive the NPI process within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, ensuring that new products are set up accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include managing product pricing, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and coordinating with Sales Operations to streamline processes.
You will also be responsible for training team members on new product features and updates, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the knowledge to support customers effectively.
