Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with their largest customers, helping them leverage IoT data for operational improvements. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a strategic mindset.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or IoT sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be the primary point of contact for Samsara's most complex customers. You understand the nuances of customer operations and can effectively advise on leveraging technology to meet their unique challenges. You are skilled at driving executive alignment and influencing long-term customer roadmaps, ensuring that clients see the value in their partnership with Samsara. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for transformation and guide customers through multi-year initiatives that enhance their operations.
Experience in industries such as agriculture, construction, or transportation would be beneficial, as it will help you relate to the challenges faced by our clients.
