What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials that enhance the learning experience for FloQast employees, partners, and customers. You will create engaging and interactive learning content for FloQademy, FloQast’s learning portal. Your main objective will be to ensure that the materials you develop are effective and meet the needs of diverse audiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights necessary for creating high-quality educational content. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of the learning materials and make improvements based on feedback and assessment results. You will also stay updated on the latest trends in learning design and technology to continuously enhance the learning experience.
