You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to be on call to attend to site needs at short notice. Desirable

Experience with data center infrastructure and operations is a plus. Familiarity with project installations, power management, and network cabling will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Data Centre Technician, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of contracted services and projects within customer data centers. You will be responsible for completing and refining activities on operational checklists, ensuring that all tasks are documented and procedures are updated as necessary. You will oversee and approve the work of junior team members and third parties, particularly in relation to project installations, power management, and network cabling. Your role will require you to undertake duties across various customer or third-party locations within the UK, aligning with your competencies and the offerings of Serverfarm. You will also be expected to be available on call to attend site at short notice, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
