As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will receive extensive training, starting with three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their business growth. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses based on your performance. Your role will involve both in-office and fieldwork, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings. You will also participate in ongoing training and support from the company to enhance your skills and knowledge in the digital marketing space.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000-$109,000 in your first year and $104,000-$122,000 in your second year.
