Your hands-on experience allows you to develop end-to-end technical solutions that are production-ready, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. You have a strong background in mentoring and leading teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

You possess programming expertise in Java, Python, and Scala, which enables you to tackle complex data challenges effectively. Your familiarity with core cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Databricks equips you to deliver cutting-edge services that meet the needs of global enterprises. You are adept at writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries, ensuring that data integration processes are seamless and efficient.

Your client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals. You thrive in a remote-first environment, where you can leverage your skills to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.

Desirable

Experience with additional tools like Fivetran, Pinecone, Glean, and dbt is a plus, as it enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive data solutions. A strong understanding of data security and compliance standards will further bolster your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at phData, you will lead the design and implementation of data solutions that empower global enterprises to overcome their toughest data challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and clients, to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet specific business needs.

Your role will involve developing end-to-end technical solutions that are not only efficient but also scalable and secure. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of these solutions in production, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will engage with clients to understand their data challenges and provide strategic guidance on best practices for data integration and management. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial in building strong relationships with stakeholders.
