You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about providing exceptional service. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers during the delivery process, answering any questions they may have and providing them with the information they need to feel confident in their purchase. Your role will also involve participating in community events and initiatives, helping to build Carvana's presence and reputation in the local area.

You will work a shift from 11am to 9pm, with the expectation of being available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends, allowing for a balanced work schedule. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in helping Carvana maintain its status as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see increases in your pay every few months as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program. This program provides merit opportunities annually, allowing you to unlock your earning potential quickly. In your first year, you could see your pay increase from $19/hr to $21/hr based on your performance.
