Appier is seeking a Partnership Manager to source new distribution partners for their Enterprise Solutions in the SEA region. You'll leverage your experience in sales and business development to build strong relationships and drive mutual success.
You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Development — your background has equipped you with a strong understanding of how to identify and source new partners effectively. You are commercially driven and possess a strong ambition to succeed, always looking for ways to enhance partner relations and channel performance.
Your experience in the Adtech or Martech industry is a plus, as it gives you insight into the market dynamics and needs. You have a solid understanding of Cloud Services, ISV, or MSP solutions targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market markets, which allows you to formulate strategic business plans that align with Appier’s objectives.
You are process-driven and capable of managing partner onboarding and forecasting, ensuring that all partners are set up for success from the start. Your ability to bridge internal resources and external partners makes you an effective point of contact, fostering collaboration and communication.
Knowledge of the Adtech/Martech industry will help you navigate the landscape more effectively. Familiarity with Cloud Services and solutions targeting Enterprise or Mid-Market markets will enhance your ability to identify suitable partners and develop strategic plans.
In your role as Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing new distribution partners for Appier’s Enterprise Solutions suite within the SEA region. You will analyze and qualify potential partners in accordance with Appier’s strategic needs, ensuring that each partnership aligns with the company’s goals.
You will serve as the main point of contact between Appier and potential partners, bridging internal resources to onboard new partners effectively. This involves formulating a strategic business plan with clear objectives for new partners, including Go-To-Market plans that drive mutual success.
Managing partner relations will be a key aspect of your role. You will review and identify areas of improvement in channel performance, implementing changes as necessary to enhance collaboration and results. Your ability to build close relationships with Appier’s channel partners will be crucial in ensuring performance standards are met and exceeded.
You will work closely with both partners and internal teams to ensure that the business plan is executed effectively, maximizing the potential for success. Your insights and strategic thinking will help shape the direction of partnerships, driving growth and innovation within the SEA region.
