What you'll do

In your role as Operations Trainer I, you will assist in the delivery and execution of new hire orientation, ensuring that all new employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles. You will also facilitate product-specific training sessions, helping teams understand the intricacies of Axon's manufacturing procedures and production processes.

Your responsibilities will include developing training materials that are engaging and aligned with organizational goals. You will work closely with manufacturing teams and leaders to identify training needs and create tailored learning experiences that drive performance and productivity.

You will be a key player in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback from participants to refine and enhance training programs.
