Cresta is hiring a Backend Engineer (AI Agent) to develop state-of-the-art AI solutions for contact centers. You'll work with technologies like Java, Python, and AWS to create scalable applications. This role requires experience in backend development and machine learning.
You have a solid background in backend engineering, with experience in building scalable systems that handle high-volume interactions. Your expertise in Java and Python allows you to develop robust applications that meet the demands of modern AI solutions. You understand the intricacies of REST APIs and have worked with Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications effectively. Your familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, enables you to design and implement cost-effective and secure server architectures. You are also knowledgeable in database management, with experience in PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch, ensuring data is stored and retrieved efficiently. You have a keen interest in machine learning and AI technologies, particularly in applying them to real-world problems. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.
Experience with GraphQL is a plus, as it allows for more efficient data retrieval in your applications.
