Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead the onboarding process for their hospitality platform. You'll work with a remote team to enhance operations and commercial strategies for properties worldwide. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in hospitality.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally within the hospitality industry, and possess excellent organizational skills that allow you to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients, and you are adept at using project management tools to track progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You are a proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and develop strategies to overcome them. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using digital collaboration tools to stay connected with your team.
Experience with AI-powered solutions or software development is a plus, as is familiarity with the hospitality sector's unique challenges. You are passionate about transforming operations and enhancing the commercial strategies of hotel properties.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a positive experience as they integrate Cloudbeds' platform into their operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor the onboarding process accordingly, providing training and support as necessary. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
You will also be responsible for developing onboarding materials and resources that help clients maximize the value of the Cloudbeds platform. This includes creating documentation, conducting training sessions, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process. You will track the progress of onboarding projects and report on key metrics to management, ensuring that all clients are set up for success.
