Augury is seeking a Legal Counsel to shape commercial strategy and drive business-critical transactions. You'll draft and negotiate complex agreements while collaborating cross-functionally. This role requires experience in legal frameworks and contract management.
You have a strong background in legal counsel, ideally with experience in high-growth environments. You thrive on solving legal challenges and have a knack for drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally enables seamless deal execution, making you a key partner in the organization. You are familiar with Legal AI and LegalTech tools, and you are eager to optimize their use within the legal framework of the company. You understand the importance of maintaining a workplace free of harassment and discrimination, and you are committed to fostering an inclusive environment.
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the industrial sector. You may have worked with global Go-To-Market (GTM) agreements and strategic alliances, which will be beneficial in this role. A proactive approach to legal challenges and a desire to innovate within the legal space will set you apart.
In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate core commercial contracts, including global GTM agreements and critical vendor deals. Your work will ensure that the legal department acts as an enabler of global business strategies. You will collaborate closely with various teams to facilitate seamless deal execution, ensuring that all agreements align with the company's mission and objectives. You will also play a pivotal role in selecting and implementing Legal AI and LegalTech tools, aiming to transform the legal function into a center of operational efficiency and strategic intelligence. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to navigate complex legal landscapes while driving business success.
