You have over 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management — you've consistently exceeded sales or growth targets and understand the nuances of building strong relationships with clients. Your communication and presentation skills in Japanese are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with merchants and stakeholders alike.
You possess a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills — you are comfortable analyzing merchant performance data to develop tailored growth strategies that address their unique challenges. Working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment excites you, as you thrive on the opportunity to innovate and drive results.
Fluency in English is a plus, enabling you to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tools enhances your ability to manage accounts effectively and derive insights from data.
