Senior Talent Acquisition Partner- GTM ( Contract)

Who you are

You are a senior recruiter with 7-8 years of experience hiring for go-to-market, revenue, or customer-facing roles in tech or SaaS. You are deeply familiar with modern GTM motions and metrics, from quota-carrying roles and pipeline health to renewals, expansion, and churn. You are confident in hiring for complex, technical GTM roles and are known for your strong hiring judgment and ability to assess GTM talent in a real business context.

What you'll do

In this role, you will accelerate GTM hiring out of our Santa Clara office. You will work closely with leaders to build high-quality GTM teams that directly impact revenue. This is a hands-on, on-site role designed for a recruiter who values ownership, speed, and sharp hiring judgment. You will engage with candidates, assess their fit for the roles, and ensure a smooth hiring process that aligns with the company's goals.
