Carvana is seeking an Automotive Painter with at least 3 years of professional experience to join their team in Heath, OH. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint in a high-tech environment.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in matching and mixing paint colors. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.
Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered for entry-level positions.
As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our paint booths, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards.
