SageSure is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights. You'll work with SQL and various WFM applications to enhance business processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings to leadership.
You have a strong analytical background with experience in analyzing large datasets — you excel at extracting meaningful insights and translating them into actionable recommendations. Your expertise in workforce management applications and standard operating procedures allows you to maintain a deep understanding of the tools and processes that drive efficiency. You are a proactive communicator, capable of presenting data and findings to leadership in a concise and impactful manner. You understand complex business processes and are not afraid to question current workflows, making recommendations that enhance overall business performance. You are skilled in forecasting and can accurately predict outcomes for multiple lines of business while maintaining targeted variance. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with operations and strategy leaders to drive process improvement projects.
In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to extract insights that inform decision-making across the organization. You will maintain expertise in SageSure's workforce management applications and standard operating procedures, using this knowledge to provide recommendations that address obstacles to meeting business objectives. Your role will involve driving process improvement initiatives by documenting and analyzing forecasting methodologies and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for independently presenting your analyses and recommendations, ensuring that your insights contribute to the company's strategic goals. You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies that can benefit the organization.
