Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to provide the best and most relevant content and CX to customers, managing amazon.com.mx Homepage's content. This Marketing Manager must minimize customer frustration and address the most common pain points and barriers to online shopping, leading initiatives’ lifecycles, aggregating and analyzing inputs from multiple sources, and defining the measurement requirements to recommend a strategy. This Marketing Manager leads programs to build long-term value for the customer, drives cross-site ideation, new features’ design, and iterative improvements to existing products.

This Marketing Manager is also a guardian of the Amazon brand and works with key stakeholders and partners to drive awareness and adoption of core programs, categories, and products. This Marketing Manager also partners with international teams to support major feature launches. The Marketing Manager works closely with technology based innovation and drives change through ML and Gen AI tools.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
