You have extensive experience in cloud architecture, particularly with Genesys Cloud, and a proven track record of designing complex customer experience solutions. Your ability to translate intricate business requirements into technical realities sets you apart, allowing you to create deep integrations that enhance user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and success. Your experience in API configurations and architectural flows enables you to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. You are comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment, adept at managing technical debt while delivering new features rapidly. A Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP) certification is highly preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellence in this field.
