Confluent is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with their data streaming deployments. You'll work closely with engineering teams to provide feedback and improve product documentation. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in collaborative environments.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to resolve a wide range of issues related to their Confluent deployments. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of internal processes and documentation, ensuring that our knowledge base is comprehensive and user-friendly. You will also create and review product demos and internal tools, playing a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience.
