What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily HR operations, including managing the new hire and exit processes, conducting HR audits, and maintaining employee records. You will support the onboarding of new hires and coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment. Additionally, you will handle local government requests and provide support for employment contracting and visa processes. Your role will also involve monitoring outsourced services and managing emergency situations as they arise. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that HR initiatives align with the company's goals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
