Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are skilled in performing light bodywork tasks such as prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with minor plastic welding and small area bodywork, including Bondo repair, is a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing various light bodywork tasks to prepare vehicles for sale. This includes prepping vehicles for paint, sanding surfaces to ensure a smooth finish, and buffing vehicles to enhance their appearance. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, as well as performing minor plastic welding and small area bodywork repairs. Your work will contribute to the overall quality and presentation of the vehicles we sell, ensuring that they meet Carvana's high standards.

You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively. You will be part of a collaborative team that values quality and customer satisfaction, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills further through training programs.
