What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a key strategic and operational leader within the UK Finance team. You will be responsible for providing financial oversight and insight across the UK Bank, ensuring that all aspects of the finance function are managed effectively. You will work closely with the UK CFO, deputizing as needed, and will be involved in high-level decision-making processes. Your role will include leading on all aspects of control and oversight, ensuring that the services delivered by Group finance meet the highest standards. You will also be expected to mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. You will engage with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives. Your insights will help shape the financial direction of the bank, and you will play a crucial role in driving innovation within the finance function.
