Product Manager / Director, Global Trading

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the trading or financial technology sectors. Your ability to conduct thorough competitor analysis and user research sets you apart, allowing you to define and execute product strategies that resonate with users. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of product development align with user needs and business goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive and results-driven, always looking for ways to enhance the user journey along the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade phases.

Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain space is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). A background in data analysis or metrics-driven decision-making will help you succeed in this role, as you will be expected to measure the impact of your product decisions and iterate based on user feedback.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end trading experience, focusing on the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade user journey. You will conduct competitor analysis and user research to inform product development and strategy. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you will ensure that the products meet the needs of global traders. You will define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends. Your responsibilities will also include developing a product roadmap, coordinating go-to-market strategies, and measuring the success of product launches. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep OKX at the forefront of the trading market.
