Your previous involvement in real projects equips you with the technical context necessary to engage in high-level discussions with clients and technical teams. You possess strong communication skills and can coordinate responses to medium-high complexity RFPs, ensuring that all stakeholder requirements are met. You are also experienced in project staffing, managing the lifecycle of resources from internal identification to talent attraction, and you thrive in a multicultural environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and support pre-sales processes for Data, Analytics, and AI solutions, acting as a crucial link between business, clients, and technical teams. You will analyze client business needs and convert them into compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating responses to RFPs, ensuring that all technical and functional aspects are covered. You will also oversee project staffing once opportunities are secured, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract the right talent. Additionally, you will define and advocate for solutions alongside technical and functional teams, ensuring that all proposals align with client expectations and industry standards. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest trends in AI applications in banking, including generative AI and language models, to provide informed insights during client interactions.
