Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager for Air Compliance - Data and Systems to ensure adherence to air quality regulations. You'll collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing teams in Denver to drive compliance initiatives.
You have a strong background in environmental compliance, particularly in air quality regulations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise allows you to act as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding teams on emissions from engines and combustion sources. You are proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively engage with various levels of the organization. You stay updated on new air quality requirements and are adept at managing compliance obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to track and report emissions from Crusoe's operations. You will ensure that all necessary permits are obtained and maintained, including Title V and PSD permits. Collaborating closely with the Operations and Manufacturing teams, you will identify compliance obligations and work to ensure they are met. You will also be tasked with maintaining awareness of new air quality regulations and adapting company practices accordingly. Your role will involve regular reporting and communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in compliance efforts.
