You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in payroll processes across multiple countries. You understand the complexities of global payroll and compliance, and you are adept at navigating regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions. Your analytical skills allow you to assess operational efficiency and implement improvements where necessary. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to drive success. You are comfortable using technology to streamline operations and enhance productivity. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
As a Business Operations Manager at Deel, you will oversee the payroll operations for the APAC region, ensuring that all processes are compliant with local regulations.
