What you'll do

As a Senior Back End DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for generating test patterns that meet coverage, quality, and power budget targets for various test systems throughout the product lifecycle. This includes Wafer Sort, Final Test, Board Test, System Test, and In-Field testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the DFT strategies align with the overall product goals. Your role will involve analyzing test results and iterating on test patterns to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also participate in discussions about the future of AI compute, bringing your insights and expertise to the table as Graphcore continues to innovate in this space.
