As a Senior Asset Protection Specialist at HelloFresh, you will work closely with the Site Asset Protection Manager to implement and oversee security initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring surveillance cameras and access controls, providing feedback to management, and responding to emergency situations by executing the emergency action plan. You will document all incidents according to asset protection policies and procedures, ensuring that all actions taken are compliant with company standards. You will also engage with site teams during incidents, offering support and guidance to senior leaders as needed. Your role will involve continuous assessment of security measures and identifying areas for improvement, fostering a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
