What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the arrival and departure of drivers at our busy transport yard. You will execute the booking of all orders onto our Fleet Communication Management System (FCMS) and investigate any missing or incorrect purchase order data. You will escalate supplier discrepancies and report on early and late deliveries using the correct procedures. Additionally, you will manage the arrival and dispatch of drivers and vehicles, coordinating with the Warehouse Team to ensure efficient tipping of all vehicles. You will also provide ad hoc support to the Warehouse Team as needed, contributing to the site's food safety culture and best practices.
