FiscalNote is seeking a Team Manager of Account Management to lead a high-performing team focused on client retention and strategic growth. You'll leverage your expertise in SaaS and client advocacy to drive exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills.
You have a proven track record in account management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams to drive client retention and satisfaction. Your strategic thinking and people management skills enable you to coach and empower Account Managers to act as trusted advisors. You understand the nuances of SaaS and how to translate client needs into actionable strategies that foster growth and minimize churn. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to enhance team performance and client outcomes. Your ability to build strong cross-functional relationships is key to your success, as you collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to share client insights and strengthen positioning.
Experience in policy and data intelligence solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the SaaS landscape. You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and fosters a culture of accountability and measurable success.
As the Team Manager of Account Management, you will lead a team responsible for driving client retention and strategic growth across FiscalNote’s portfolio. You will coach your team to build deep relationships with clients, ensuring they fully leverage our solutions to achieve meaningful outcomes. Your role will involve overseeing renewals, expansion efforts, and forecasting, while also mitigating risks to ensure overall team performance. You will cultivate an environment where your team can identify strategic growth opportunities and drive measurable results. By blending operational rigor with a client-first mindset, you will elevate both team output and client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and minimizing churn, ensuring that they remain long-term champions of our solutions.
FiscalNote offers a competitive base salary range of $125,000 - 140,000 per year. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
