Paytm is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead their AI Inference and Enterprise Cloud initiatives. You'll drive sales across various sectors, focusing on enterprise and digital-native clients. This role requires strong strategic account management skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in technology-driven sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of enterprise sales and have successfully navigated complex sales cycles. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including founders and C-level executives, sets you apart. You are results-oriented and thrive in environments where you can take ownership of market strategies and revenue outcomes. You possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape and can articulate the value of AI inference solutions to diverse audiences. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market dynamics.
In this role, you will lead the commercial strategy for Paytm's AI inference platform, focusing on sectors such as BFSI, fintech, edtech, health, logistics, and SaaS. You will be responsible for opening and growing strategic accounts, driving demand for inference and GPU infrastructure, and developing a clear value narrative for potential clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include building and converting a pipeline of anchor customers, identifying high-value use cases, and closing category-defining deals with top enterprises in India. You will also have meaningful ownership of market strategy and revenue outcomes, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.
